Where did the idea of creating a Corporate Workshop come from?

Paulo Pires has worked as a professional percussionist since 1997 and as a music educator since 2016. He holds a degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP, a postgraduate degree in Cultural Management from SENAC , and is currently pursuing a degree in Music Education. In addition, he has completed several extension courses, including Leadership Training from Hay Group. and Project Management from FGV-SP, with the goal of acquiring the technical qualifications to take on the challenges and opportunities that would arise in his career.
During 20 years in the corporate world, worked in the area of Financial/Strategic Control and Planning for companies in the Education, Metals and Sanitary Ware, Food, Advertising, Diagnostic Medicine, Culture, Credit Card Management, and Banking sectors.
The Coletivo Percussão corporate workshops integrate art and regulatory compliance to transform the safety culture in organizations. Through a strategic partnership with an ergonomic physiotherapist, percussion dynamics are combined with a technical lecture on NR-01 (Brazilian Regulatory Standard 01), focusing directly on the identification and mitigation of psychosocial risks. While the rhythm fosters group cohesion and stress relief, the ergonomic approach provides the necessary foundation for employees to understand how the work environment and interpersonal relationships influence their mental health and productivity, meeting the awareness requirements of the Risk Management Program (PGR).
