Where did the idea of creating a Corporate Workshop come from?
The Corporate Workshop was designed to provide an unforgettable experience for employees of companies that believe, in their DNA, that people are the most important resource within an organization.
In addition to working as a professional musician and music educator, Paulo Pires holds a degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP and a postgraduate degree in Cultural Management from SENAC . He has also completed several extension courses, including Leadership Training from Hay Group and Project Management from FGV-SP, with the goal of acquiring the technical qualifications to take on the challenges and opportunities that would arise in his career.
During his 20 years in the corporate world, he worked in the area of Financial/Strategic Control and Planning for companies in the Education, Metals and Sanitary Ware, Food, Advertising, Diagnostic Medicine, Culture, Credit Card Management, and Banking sectors.
